This blog is for posting articles mainly on the radical history in Iowa, and to a lesser extent, the midwest. Rather than posting these pieces on a variety of sites, I’ve chosen to post them all here. This should make things easier to navigate and, hopefully, lead to the relevant people noticing and providing the additional information I’m looking for.

For a couple years now I've been discovering and documenting what I've found. Unfortunately, most of this stuff is so scattered and incomplete that its hard to actually write something on a subject, which was my original intention of researching.

The majority of the posts thus far are from other sites on the internet, but some of the stuff I've typed up from hard copies.</td><td><img title="Against Corporate Hosting of Radical Material" src="files/pictures/2010/turnoffthemonitor.jpg"></td></tr></table>
In the Midwest, we are ignored as if we do not exist. As if nothing has happened here. This is false. There has been quite a bit of agitation here for many years, but much of this history is nearly lost or unknown. We need to change this. There are many things we can learn from the people who came before us.

Ah! Did the link wrong!

Looks good, comrade!

Whoever wrote the links messed up and included Anarchist News' web address in both of them so they lead to a nonexistent @news page.

Any chance someone can fix the link? I fucked it up...

Glad to see this.
