I think the author made it pretty clear it's the Situationist notion of revolution, i.e. a revolution of everyday life, through the building of autonomy up against the State, of taking back life in our own hands. Like they said, this isn't as much about the injustice of people like Bezos and Kanye living large, but rather about the undeniable poverty of our own lives.
