The presence of ethnic inequalities and asymetries does not necessarily mean that systemic racism is the active driver.

I already gave examples beyond racism such as the crash of the Mayberry economy via peak oil(and the inability of Africans to cash in because of historical racism)along with the rise of the drug war and vice control rules and laws(which went after more people then just afro folk)There is also the fact that Africans in the US are on aggregate 20 years younger(give or take) then Europeans. I should not have to remind you identitarian idiots that carcerality takes in younger people on average for various reasons.

Again the drug law vice squad control factor combined with being a younger historical underclass(historical racism is obviously part of this) as well as certain defiant attitudes against historically white western puritanical mores. These are better explanations then the erroneous Marxist structural idea active systemic racism.
