In solidarity with Syrena collective (Warsaw, Poland) from Rojava

received by email

With rage we have learned about patriarchal violence once again destroying our homes and communities – this time taking the shape of an attack on Syrena social center in Warsaw made by the hands of a neighboring squat inhabitants on December 5th 2021 (more info: syrena.org/en). We find it even more shameful, as it happens in the heart of our struggle, and is directed to our comrades from inside of the anarchist movement they belong to, a movement that many of us here in Rojava (North-East Syria) come from.

FREEDOM FOR CLAUDIO LAVAZZA!

FREEDOM FOR CLAUDIO LAVAZZA!

From anarquia.info

From January 7, 2022 we call for solidarity with the anarchist comrade Claudio Lavazza. Kidnapped first by the Spanish state and then by the French state, he has already spent 25 years in prison and although he should have been free since last December 11, the prosecutor of Mont de Marsan who follows his case, emissary of the state’s revenge, continues to keep him behind bars.

34 years squat

received via email

"34 YEARS ARE NOT ENOUGH! Occupied space at Biology school of Thessaloniki - SQUAT FOREVER”

On Thursday, November 18, 2021, we noticed some "changes" inside the building of the School of Biology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). Specifically, in the foyer area, there was plasterboard placed blocking half the space, leaving a corridor between the two entrances of the building. In fact, there were even some visible red marks (X) on certain walls, including one wall of the squatted space marking them for demolition.

Operation Sibilla: solidarity communique from Bure

Give anarchist prisoners a chance to write to you today!

via Anarchist Bure Cross Translated by Act for freedom now!

[P]risoners were individually solicited to participate in the week through writing. [...] He wrote, among other things, that “when one of us finds themselves inside, the best way to resist is to continue the struggles for which you found yourselves ‘chained’ and you are giving me this opportunity.” In the Sibilla operation, Alfredo Cospito is charged with the crime defined by article 414 for this letter, and also for a text addressed to an anti-prison assembly of June 2019 in Bologna, and for the book-interview “What international?”. The state is thus trying to prevent our incarcerated companions from taking part in the struggle by expressing their anarchist convictions and ideas, and is reinforcing, ever more so, prison isolation.

Solidarity with Køpiplatz! Køpi Bleibt!

We in Anarchist-Communists Meanjin voice our solidarity with Køpiplatz.

from Anarchist-Communists Meanjin

Meanjin (Brisbane) Australia: Solidarity with Køpiplatz! Køpi Bleibt!

We in Anarchist-Communists Meanjin voice our solidarity with Køpiplatz. Like Berlin, Meanjin is also subject to soaring rent prices and gentrification. Districts once overflowing with creative energy have given way to canyons of empty streets polluted with American trash food joints and corporate bars. As we have previously noted, “as long as the working class lacks access to and communal control of their own sustainable housing the crisis will remain, sometimes at a low point and at other times surging upwards. As long as a landlord class remains, homelessness will continue, renters will be exploited and housing will remain precarious.

Solidarity

from Nudism as an Illegalism

What happened at Wi Spa was part of a larger story as soon as that went viral. It was, in fact, for at least a brief moment, The Story for both the “gender-critical” and anti-fascist commentariats, in the United States at least. This is what led to the rallies, which I am sure would have had various negative effects if left unopposed (difficulty for staff just working a job at Wi Spa, difficulty for many customers but certainly customers who are trans or might look trans, a sense of victory for the anti-trans side and/or their buddies the Nazis and the “Western chauvinists”), and so then there was also counteraction (widely framed as “antifa”), with all of its inherent risk for the side that, on other days of the week and/or with every breath, also happens to oppose the police, the colonial state, capitalism (of all kinds), the American flag, etc.

Burn the State Database

The case of the 14 comrades of the occupation of the rectorate of the Polytechnic university does not only concern them, but all the fighting parts inside and outside the faculties. This is because it is an upgrade on the part of the state, in terms of the ways of methods and repression.
