Attack on HERON, a subsidiary of the GEK TERNA Group

From Act for Freedom Now! - Thessaloniki,Greece by anarchists

For the past two weeks, we have been witnessing a trial unfold, one in which the authorities are striving to downplay the political nature of the case and distract attention by talking about armed terrorists and other familiar clichés to reinforce the narrative that those being prosecuted in the Ampelokipi case were and are a potential danger to society. In reality, of course, for the past two weeks we have seen our comrades maintain their political dignity intact, as well as the memory of our comrade Kyriakos, through their stance in court and throughout their imprisonment.

Attack responsibility upheaval

From Act for Freedom Now! by Anarchists (Greece)

In the early hours of Monday, February 9, we smashed the window of the Protergia store at 183 Gr. Lambraki Street. The reason we chose this particular target is obvious. Electricity bills are getting higher every month, so that energy barons (such as Mytilineos) can get rich off our backs, exploiting our needs. The price of energy has become an economic game on the stock market over who will make the most, while the poor live in destitution, battered by the rot of this system.

Responsibility claim for a raid on a riot squad of MAT

From Athens Indymedia via Dark Nights

On 07/10 at noon we returned a small share of the state violence that we receive daily by attacking with Molotov cocktails the riot squad that guards the Steki of Biologica at the University of Thessaloniki. We have taken all necessary measures to avoid endangering passers-by. First we targeted the cops who were standing guard while sleeping and after they made sure to disappear we hit the bus itself.
